Dealer-Focused Webinar: ARE YOU THERE?

Insignia Group is launching a LIVECast series focused on the need to approach and engage customers where they live and work.

Insignia Group, LC of Rock Hill, SC, is launching a LIVECast series focused on the need for auto dealers to approach and engage customers where they live and work — not waiting for them to come back to the showroom.

The series will premiere April 15, LIVE @ 1 p.m. on their Facebook page and feature successful dealership representatives: Sean Mehaffey, general manager at Fred Anderson Toyota of Raleigh, NC, and Peter Bothe, new car manager of Wilde East Towne Honda, Madison, WI. The LIVECast will be moderated by Insignia’s CEO, David Copp Stringer.

“ARE YOU THERE?” is targeted to respond to dealers facing the new reality that the car business has changed overnight. Suddenly, nearly all automotive customers are using the internet to purchase vehicles, and there is currently no end in sight. Even though a customer uses the internet to purchase a car, it doesn’t mean they have lost interest in fueling their passion for unique, personalized vehicles.

The LIVECast will feature a roundtable between Stringer, Mehaffey and Bothe discussing steps taken to engage car buyers beyond the showroom while keeping vehicle personalization as a key offering. The second half of the LIVECast will feature audience questions and comments for Mehaffey, Bothe and Stringer.
