Gubagoo Virtual Retailing Receives Highest Rated DrivingSales Dealer Satisfaction Award

Ranked #1 in Dealer Satisfaction, Gubagoo Virtual Retailing wins Highest Rated award in Digital Retailing Category.

Gubagoo received the “Highest Rated” award for Gubagoo Virtual Retailing in the Digital Retailing Category, for the third year in a row. The award was presented at the eleventh annual DrivingSales Dealer Satisfaction Awards, at a special event today in conjunction with the 2021 National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Convention & Expo. Gubagoo Virtual Retailing received a top dealer satisfaction ranking in the Digital Retailing category, as determined by the thousands of auto dealers who are part of the DrivingSales.com community.

“We’re honored Virtual Retailing has been recognized as highest-rated by the dealer community, and grateful for the enthusiastic reviews from dealers,” said Brad Title, president of Gubagoo. “It’s so critical to today’s dealerships to support all types of buyers, and Virtual Retailing will help dealers provide the guided experience that the online, in store, or blended buyer is looking for.”

Gubagoo Virtual Retailing offers dealers real time alerts every time there is a car buying engagement or repeat customer on their website, allowing the dealership to re engage and re target consumers with a new deal through Facebook’s Messenger application, SMS, email, video streaming, click to call, or live chat. By engaging with these live elements, consumers can buy a car in minutes, with all the steps able to be completed online.

In addition to the Highest Rated Award for Virtual Retailing, Gubagoo ChatSmart once again received a Top Rated designation for Messaging Tools & Service. This is the sixth time the best in class managed live chat technology has won the Top Rated award.

“Winning this award repeatedly shows our strong emphasis on chat quality, as well as continuous innovation, to ensure ChatSmart is the most powerful tool available to dealers today,” said Title.

More than 7,000 dealerships, including 90% of the top 150 automotive dealer groups in North America, use Gubagoo’s chat, texting, behavioral marketing, and digital retailing tools to build trust with customers, generate higher quality opportunities, and sell more cars.

“We congratulate Gubagoo, on receiving a ‘Highest Rated’ Digital Retailing Award and Top Rated Messaging Tools & Service award, accolades we consider to be some of our industry’s most important because it comes directly from dealers,” said DrivingSales CEO and Founder Jared Hamilton. “In our eleventh year of presenting these awards, we feel especially proud that DrivingSales Vendor Ratings continues to help dealers make smart and informed decisions through thousands of peer reviews that lead them to outstanding service providers such as Gubagoo Virtual Retailing and ChatSmart. We’re thrilled Gubagoo Virtual Retailing and ChatSmart have been recognized as one of the best by the people to whom their services count the most: the dealer community.”
