Announcing the 16th Annual Automotive CX Summit Series 2020 Hosted by Thought Leadership Summits

Thought Leadership Summits, Inc. (TLS) is announcing its annual Automotive CX Summit Series to be held as three live, virtual experiences:

Tuesday, July 28: CX Strategy & Retail Innovation Summit
Thursday, July 30: CX Learning Labs & Peer Benchmarking Roundtables
Tuesday, August 4: CX Data Analytics & AI Summit

For the past 15 years, the Automotive CX Summit Series has been an exclusive, in-person event bringing together senior-level executives from across the industry. The series is dedicated to helping those in the automotive industry create exceptional customer experiences by leveraging all things customer, enhancing and personalizing the shopping, buying and ownership experience. For 2020, TLS has reinvented the Automotive CX Summit Series as an exclusive, live, interactive and virtual event.

Each half-day agenda will continue to provide high-impact content and true peer networking opportunities. In addition to compelling content from industry thought leaders, TLS has developed the unique ability for its delegates to participate in group and individual networking activities with speakers, fellow delegates and sponsor executives. In order to maintain the exclusivity of the traditional in-person summits, TLS will limit attendance to the virtual summits, ensuring a high-quality, high-value experience.

Each summit will feature:

  • 3 Livestreamed Keynotes
  • 2 Panel Discussions with Live Q&A
  • 6+ Break-outs
  • Virtual Sponsor Booths
  • Speed Networking
  • Live Chats
  • Personalized Delegate Profiles
