Dealerships can now chat with their customers from their dealer website.

DriveCentric launches its new DirectChat tool, a smart and efficient product focused on making your customer’s chats flow from your website into your CRM more freely. Dealerships can now chat with their customers from their dealer website and reply directly from the DriveCentric CRM without lead submission. DirectChat is available for both desktop and mobile use.
