Dealer Owned Warranty Company (DOWC), a leading provider and administrator of F&I products and services, has partnered with PassTime, a leading provider of GPS solutions.

DOWC now serves as the warranty administrator for PassTime’s industry leading Motor Sports and RV GPS devices. The theft guarantee benefit will allow dealers the ability to offer additional protection coverage for vehicles installed with PassTime GPS devices.
