BendPak Tri-Level Parking Lift at NADA Show

Don’t Miss BendPak’s Tri-Level Parking Lift

Triple your dealership storage capacity without the expense of adding real estate or renovating.

For car dealers, it’s a simple equation: show more to sell more. It’s easier to sell more cars and trucks when you have them on the lot.

The new BendPak HD-973P tri-level parking lift lets dealers display more vehicles on the lot or in the showroom without the expense of adding real estate or renovating. Check it out at NADA Expo booth #5871N.

The HD-973P’s patent-pending design features shortened columns and an open-top design, giving it a shorter overall height that enables it to fit in spaces where other systems can’t. Although shorter than other tri-level systems, capacity is not compromised. The upper platform accommodates vehicles weighing up to 7,000 lbs., and the lower deck can handle up to 9,000 lbs. and can be raised to a full 70 inches, so it can be used for cars, SUVs, and full-size trucks.

“Car dealers face the challenge of doing more with less — fewer people, lower budgets or less space,” said Jeff Kritzer, executive vice president, BendPak. “Our new HD-973P triple-decker parking lift helps them do significantly more with their limited vehicle storage space and to showcase more of their vehicles than would otherwise be possible.”

The HD-973P features independently operated lifting platforms, permitting various vehicle heights and spacing in either upper or lower parking spaces. Because the platforms do not have to be moved at the same time, it’s possible to access the second-level vehicle without lowering the top-level vehicle. This easy access improves vehicle retrieval times for test drives and makes rotating inventory less daunting.

The HD-973P may be configured as a stand-alone lift or combined into rows of multiple units. The lift can be configured for drive-through operation, allowing as many as three-deep for maximum efficiency and better use of space.

The design features multi-position safety locks that are spaced just 4 inches apart, which allows almost unlimited parking height arrangements on either the upper or lower decks. Additional, anti-fall, spring-loaded safety catches immediately halt any downward movement of either platform in the unlikely event of cable failure. A powerful hydraulic cylinder is enclosed under each platform set and is matched with high-strength lifting cables for simplicity and dependability.
