DealActivator Is Officially Built into Dominion’s Vision CRM

The program combines ease-of-use functionality with user-tailored dashboards, giving dealers a bird's-eye view of dealership activity.

Dominion Dealer Solutions announces that DealActivator has officially been written into Dominion Vision CRM. This technology union stems from a popular consumer demand that allows users to utilize DealActivator’s proprietary customer intelligence software in depth within Dominion Vision. DealActivator’s award-winning “3T logic” with Vision’s business and artificial intelligence will create better conversations with prospects. DealActivator is the only data-mining software on the market that matches customers to on-the-lot vehicles in a 3T format — Tier-to-Tier, Term-to-Term, and Trim-to-Trim.

Most recently Dominion’s DealActivator was the 2018 Dealers’ Choice Awards Gold Winner for Equity Mining and the 2018 Automotive Website Award Sales Process Winner. In just a few clicks, DealActivator creates campaigns to deliver entirely new streams of highly-qualified customers. DealActivator helps turn aged inventory, acquire in-demand vehicles and create lasting customer relationships all while boosting profits.

“[It’s a] great tool [that] helps sell more cars. You can pull customers that fit aged units,” said Marty Babineau of North End Mazda. “For example a customer bought a 2011 Honda Accord three years ago. We have a 90-day old 2017 Honda Accord that we can upgrade [her into]. Sale.”

Dominion Vision CRM, powered by CRMSuite, eliminates conventional CRM thinking by combining ease-of-use functionality with user-tailored dashboards, giving you a bird’s-eye view of dealership activity. Intuitive technology erases the need for traditional action plans and linear workflows. Dominion Vision learns about your customers and their preferences — helping you connect via the best possible method at the best possible time. Dominion Vision CRM is a true business intelligence tool.

“CRM is absolutely our most important tool. Building relationships with customers is vital to our business, “said Chris Vester, COO of Hubert Auto Group, a two-year user of Vision CRM.

The strength of DealActivator’s real-time “3T logic” matching partnered with the intuitive knowledge of Vision CRM is unlike any other CRM system. Vision combines the largest, most important areas of DealActivator.

“Service drive customers are easily targeted with DealActivator’s Service feature within Vision,” said Jill Whitehead, SVP of operations for Dominion, “With this union, Vision becomes the most powerful CRM in the automotive market.”

Building DealActivator into Vision involves three key features. The first is the DealActivator Priority Page, which improves processes by empowering sales reps and other users to save time in identifying quality equity leads. The second is the ability to increase sales by working user-specific customers who are in a positive equity position, and lastly, the inventory aspect that pinpoints the exact vehicle that meets the customer’s needs and qualifies as no money down and equal or lower monthly payments.

“This marriage between the two best technologies in the industry will increase dealer’s efficiency and visibility to their most valuable customers,” said Alan Andreu, founder of DealActivator, “These factors will increase the usage of both tools while driving higher results.”
