Dealertrack Registration and Title Solutions Wins Contract Award from the State of Indiana

Combining technology, expertise and compliance, Dealertrack’s registration and title solutions minimize the time-consuming registration and title process, making it more efficient and improving accuracy.

Dealertrack Registration and Title Solutions has been recommended for a contract award by the state of Indiana to expand both in-state and out of state third party titles and registrations services statewide. Following a thorough, 10-respondent RFP process by the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV), Dealertrack Registration and Title Solutions scored the highest in the response, netting a 92 out of 100 total potential points in the evaluation process.

“Being recommended for a contract award by the Indiana BMV following such a thorough, rigorous RFP process is a massive win for the entire Dealertrack Registration and Title Solutions team,” said Kaitlin Gavin, vice president and general manager of Dealertrack Registration and Title Solutions. “Our score provides a clear indicator that our distinct offering can greatly benefit the state in modernizing and streamlining the title and registration process and provides significant value to our Indiana customers.”

The proposals were reviewed for adherence to mandatory requirements, its market responsiveness, and then evaluated based on each company’s proposal to serve the State in the following areas: company structure, company financial information, integrity of company structure and financial reporting, and subcontractors.

During the course of the evaluation, the state scrutinized the proposals to determine the viability of the proposed business solutions and assigned points for the proposal’s ability to meet the goals of the program and the needs of the State. Based on the vigorous nature of Indiana’s review process, Dealertrack Registration and Title Solutions scored highest of the 10 proposals received.

“Our proposal reflected our ability to meet the explicit needs of the Indiana BMV and help them modernize through our market expertise and superior technology,” said Gavin. “Dealertrack’s continued mission is to provide industry-leading solutions that take the pain out of the registration and titling process.”

Combining technology, expertise and compliance, Dealertrack’s Registration and Title Solutions minimize the time-consuming registration and title process, making it more efficient and improving accuracy.

“Since 2008, we have provided effective and efficient, high-quality electronic registration and titling solution for Indiana Dealers,” continued Gavin. “We are committed to supporting the state and our dealer clients to further expand electronic solutions in the state.”
