Haeg will share a simple, yet effective approach to phone management to help dealers get ahead of the competition.

Car Wars’ Vice President of Automotive Mike Haeg joins the speaker lineup, which also includes DeMarcus Hackett and Toyota Motors North America, for DealerSocket’s 2018 Roadshow stop in Los Angeles, CA.

The one-day event gathers industry experts to provide objective, meaningful information to help bring your dealership to the next level. Haeg will lead a keynote educational session that dives into the best strategy for delivering excellent customer experience, and it begins on the phone.

“Simplicity is key,” Haeg said. “I look forward to sharing the easy, yet effective methodology called CRISP, which focuses on metrics that truly matter when improving a dealership’s phone process. Haeg’s presentation, “Don’t Lose The Deal Before It Starts: Be CRISP,” is at 12 p.m. on Oct. 4. The DealerSocket Roadshow spans from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the InterContinental Los Angeles Century City.
