CallRevu, an industry leader in automotive call monitoring and analytics, has forged a strategic partnership with Dealer Identity by Volie to protect dealership reputation with number verification to prevent negative labeling and call blocking.

Combining the Dealer Identity platform with CallRevu, dealerships now have best-in-class telephony protection against spam calling and number mislabeling which impact customer connectivity. Dealership phone numbers are verified and shared with wireless carriers to remove ‘spam’ or ‘fraud’ classifications. Every number is monitored, registered, and regularly checked to authenticate number validation with monthly health check summaries and risk rating reports.

“CallRevu is very excited to partner with Dealer Identity to assist dealers with improving customer connectivity while providing a solution that supports dealership reputation management,” said Anthony Giagnacovo, CEO of CallRevu. “Dealer Identity enables us to offer next-level capabilities that ensure all outbound calls are attributed to the dealership and not flagged as spam. Since launching in February 2022, call rate accuracy has increased by 7%, with more outbound calls being connected with customers which are creating a more positive experience between dealerships and consumers.”

“We saw an increase in contact rates across all of our voice channels regardless of number provider, for both sales and service numbers. It is fundamental that every dealer does this now!”

Nick Parlapiano, Murgado Automotive Group

Both CallRevu and Dealer Identity will be exhibiting at the National Automobile Dealers Association 2023 Show. To schedule a demo or learn more, visit CallRevu in Booth #6139, and Dealer Identity, in the Volie Booth #5809.
