USA Motor Jobs and Sandy Cerami Agency announced the winners of the inaugural C.A.R.S awards with top honors going to dealerships across the nation for leading in culture, partnership and innovation.
The C.A.R.S award stands for Culture, Achievement, Retention and Service and this year’s lineup of candidates were nominated by their peers and partners across the industry for their tireless work in these important areas. A panel of industry experts including: Brian Kramer of Cars.com, Jarrod Kilway of Konect AI, Katie Lamphere of LoJack, Laurie Halter of Charisma! Communications, and award creators Sandy Cerami of Sandy Cerami Agency and Scott Trainor of USA Motor Jobs had the honor of selecting the winning recipients from the candidates nominated.
