For the 17th year, thousands of dealers voted for their favorite vendors, suppliers, and finance partners in the 41-category online Dealers’ Choice Awards survey. Digital Air Strike won two Diamond awards for Digital Marketing and Reputation Management. The company also won four Platinum awards for New Vehicle Leads, Mobile Media, Social Media Management, and Video Messaging. Digital Air Strike was among the top dealer partners who won the most Dealers’ Choice Awards this year.

“We are honored that so many dealers selected us for a record number of Dealers’ Choice Awards. It’s especially gratifying to be recognized as the top company providing multiple technology solutions to dealers, helping them with the evolving customer journey throughout the pandemic and inventory challenges,” said Alexi Venneri, co-founder and CEO, Digital Air Strike. “We are incredibly thankful to have over 7,000 clients and excited that they have recognized us as having the best CX technology that attracts, converts, and retains more customers, which is even more important during these uniquely challenging times. Three dealers and I started the company during the Great Recession. We have continued to find ways to innovate and partner with our dealer clients to bring to market the right solutions and services to improve the customer and dealer experience.”

Digital Air Strike’s video lead engagement and customized video messaging give dealers an easy-to-use technology that records, sends, and tracks videos. The company’s mobile media solutions provide dealers with an easy way to respond to customers and see incoming leads from their mobile devices. Digital Air Strike’s consumer text message marketing delivers important updates and offers to consumers by text message using Response Path Power Text.

“Digital Air Strike is always innovating and coming to us as a partner with new ways to solve today’s challenges,” said Josh Leader, internet sales director, Sands Chevrolet. “Recently, I shared with them some ideas for how we are trying to solve the lack of inventory through our new buying center. Within a few weeks, they came up with multiple iterations on their current technologies to help me get awareness for our buying center and engage with people who send in inquiries about selling us their vehicle.  The Digital Air Strike team is truly a partner with us, and they do whatever it takes to solve not just the consumer experience but also the dealer experience.”

Readers of Auto Dealer TodayF&I and Showroom, and Agent Entrepreneur manually entered their favorite company’s name in at least five categories for the Dealers’ Choice Awards. Readers then scored businesses on quality, value, customer service, and whether they would recommend the provider to another dealer.

Digital Air Strike has booth #709 at this week’s Digital Dealer Conference in Las Vegas. Jason Barrie, Chief Strategy Officer of Digital Air Strike, has his “Day Trading: 5 Marketing Strategies to Enhance Your Trade-in Process” session available on demand. Barrie will also give a Tech Talk at 3:20 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13.
