Take a breath and look around you. Strip away all the stresses that this season seems to bring, and look at the bedrock of your life — the people you depend on and who depend on you. Notice — really notice — those who are around you, without whom your life wouldn’t be the same. Take a moment to appreciate them and be thankful for the time you share with them.
